For Lunch that are not provided complimentary by the hotel, food may be served in a dinning area, as packed meals, or through meal vouchers redeemable at designated nearby restaurants, If a meal voucher is not used and is returned to us, a refund of SAR 15 per meal may be provided.

Madinah: Half board from Hotel (Breakfast & Dinner), Lunch will provide as Percel to hotel room.
Shisha Apartment: 3 time Bangla food will provide by catering service.
All Meals during the hajj period will be provided in Mina and Arafah (Except in Muzdalifah) by the Saudi hajj management (Muallem) authority.
Pilgrims who do not wish to include meals in their package must inform us at the time of booking. In such cases, a refund of SAR 30 per person per day. Without hajj period (7^th ZH-12^th ZH).

Kurbani (dome shokor) is not included in the package price (Approx. SR 720-750/Per Person)
On 10^th Zil Hajja no transportation will be provided from Muzdalifah to Jamarat to Aziziah / Shisha Apartment/Masjid-Al-Haram.
Any kinds of personal cost or others which are not mentioned above.
In Makkah & Madinah Hotel share room based on 4 bed.
And In Shisha apartment must be 5 bed sharing.

Optional:

For VIP Tent Mina, Arafah & Muzdalifah (“A” category Maktab, TK. 2,50,000) will be

added on per person basis.

Cancellation Policy:

The package is fully Non-refundable, Non-changeable, and non-transferable as per Saudi & Bangladesh Hajj package policies.

Scanned copy of NID.
Scanned copy of passport (minimum validity until 31 DEC 2027)
One Copy of a passport-size photograph.

General:

Package price applicable for TRAVEL WITH GROUP only.
We have calculated the above package prices (Hajj 2026) based on last year’s If the Govt. authority changes the expenses of the mentioned sectors this year, then the package prices of Hajj 2026 will also change, and the guests will have to pay the same.
Visa processing is subject to Ministry of Foreign Affairs approval (MOFA).
The conversion of the above package prices based on current riyal (1 SAR = BDT. 33) / USD (1 USD = BDT. 123.00) conversion rates with BDT, if the conversion rate of Riyal or USD changes during the final booking confirmation of package inclusion services, then the package price will also change.
Any changes can occur without prior notice.
After confirming the specified package no refund in case of unused services or lesser duration of stay.
Sky Holidays reserves the right to charge an extra amount for any hajj package inclusion services if unexpected charges are added by the legal authorities.

Vehicle Status:

All the transportation for Jeddah / Makkah / Madinah / Shisha / Aziziah / Mina / Arafah / Muzdalifah and Ziyarah will be provided by bus. Mentioned that, each bus will be allocated for every 100 people(+/-) for hajj days only (Aziziah/Shisha to Mina, Mina to Arafah & Arafah to Muzdalifa). But it will be fine for other routes.
But this package’s haji’s special VIP bus service by seat is Confirmed.

Hotel Policies:

As per Saudi Arabian Hotel policy standard “Check-In” time is 04:00 PM and the “Check- Out” time is 12:00 PM Sky Holidays is not responsible for early check-in and late check-out.
Only Hotel Authorities reserve the right to provide available room as per booking, if anyone has any special request to change room (Example – Top Floor, Corner Room, Twin/Double room, etc.) then guests must communicate with hotel reception.
Sky Holidays is not responsible for that if unable to change room – if refused by the hotel.
Except for certain hotels, most hotels in Makkah, Madinah or Aziziah/Shisha do not maintain a star ratings. Therefore, the star rating of the hotels mentioned in our various packages is mostly local star ratings, not international star ratings. If anyone is concerned about hotel rating, then you must discuss it with us before booking the package.

May be there is no separate bucket for washing clothes or bath in the bathroom, have to take a bath with a shower.

Most of the hotels in Makkah, Madinah or Shisha, twin/double rooms and they add extra beds to make triples or quad rooms only 5* Hotel. The size of the extra bed is not equal to the main bed. If you are concerned about the room size, please visit the hotel website, or contact our management.

Passport Policies:

Upon arrival at KSA (Airport), the Saudi authorities will collect your passport, and the passport will be returned to you on the day of your return flight from KSA.

Moallem Activities:

Dedicated Bangladeshi Muallem (Mufti, Mawlana) guide for the full period.

Flight Schedule:

For any kind of natural issues for example: if Airlines change the flight schedule before the day of departure, then hotel booking will not change as per the non-refundable policy and if Airlines change the flight schedule before the day of return, then an extra hotel accommodation charge will be added.
For any kind of natural issue like flight delay then sky Holidays is not responsible for that.
If missing luggage by airlines or Saudi hajj management authority, then sky holidays will co-operate with various directions but is not obliged to return the bag or pay the fine.
