Return Air Ticket on Saudi Airlines, Biman Bangladesh Airlines or Flynas Airlines (economy class) as per government approval.
Saudi Muallem (Mina, Arafah Tent & Muzdalifah, Mashaer) “D” category. (7 ZH-12 ZH).
Daily meals (breakfast, lunch and dinner) will be served at the hotel/Apartment rooms.
All meals during the hajj period will be provided in Mina and Arafah, (except Muzdalifah) by the Saudi Hajj management (Muallem) authority.
Shared AC Bus Transportation for all routes.
Guided Ziayarah tour to the sacred Landmarks of Makkah & Madinah.
Several renowned Islamic scholars from Bangladesh will accompany the entire journey as guides.

Kurbani (dome shokor) is not included in the package price (Approx. SR 600-650/Per Person)
On 10^th Zil Hajja no transportation will be provided from Muzdalifah to Jamarat to Masjid-Al-Haram.
Any kinds of personal cost or others which are not mentioned above.

For VIP Tent Mina, Arafah (“A” category Maktab) TK. 2,50,000 will be extra added on per

person basis.

The package is fully Non-refundable, Non-changeable, and non-transferable as per Saudi & Bangladesh Hajj package policies.

Package price applicable for TRAVEL WITH GROUP only.
We have calculated the above package prices (Hajj 2025) based on last year’s If the Govt. authority changes the expenses of the mentioned sectors this year, then the package prices of Hajj 2026 will also change, and the guests will have to pay the same.
Visa processing is subject to Ministry of Foreign Affairs approval (MOFA).
The conversion of the above package prices based on current riyal (1 SAR = BDT. 33) / USD (1 USD = BDT. 122.00) conversion rates with BDT, if the conversion rate of Riyal or USD changes during the final booking confirmation of package inclusion services, then the package price will also change.
Any changes can occur without prior notice.
After confirming the specified package no refund in case of unused services or lesser duration of stay.
There are no differences between Economy, Standard, Superior packages except only hotels.

All the transportation for Jeddah / Makkah / Madinah / Mina / Arafah / Muzdalifah and Ziyarah will be provided by bus. Mentioned that, each bus will be allocated for every 100 people (+/-) for hajj days only (Makkah to Mina, Mina to Arafah & Arafah to Muzdalifa). But it will be fine for other routes.
Special bus service (seat by seat) will be provided on hajj days for those who will book our special VIP bus service.

As per Saudi Arabian Hotel policy standard “Check-In” time is 04:00 PM and the “Check- Out” time is 12:00 PM Sky Holidays is not responsible for early check-in and late check-out.
Only Hotel Authorities reserve the right to provide available room as per booking, if anyone has any special request to change room (Example – Top Floor, Corner Room, Twin/Double room, etc.) then guests must communicate with hotel reception.
Sky Holidays is not responsible for that if unable to change room – if refused by the hotel.
Except for certain hotels, most hotels in Makkah, Madinah or Aziziah/Shisha do not maintain a star rating. Therefore, the star rating of the hotels mentioned in our various packages is mostly local star ratings, not international star ratings. If anyone is concerned about hotel rating, then he/she must discuss it with us before booking the package.
In most of the hotels we call 3 Star, there is no Wi-Fi in the room, or Wi-Fi is there but it doesn’t work. You can only use Wi-Fi in the hotel lobby. These hotels usually do not offer room service, if you ever need room service you should tell the hotel reception.
May be there is no separate bucket for washing clothes or bath in the bathroom, have to take a bath with a shower.
Most of the (5 Star) hotels in Makkah, Madinah twin / double rooms and they add extra beds to make triples or quad rooms. The size of the extra bed is not equal to the main bed.

Upon arrival at KSA (Airport), the Saudi authorities will collect your passport, and the passport will be returned to you on the day of your return flight from KSA.

Flight Schedule:

For any kind of natural issues for example: if Airlines change the flight schedule before the day of departure, then hotel booking will not change as per the non-refundable policy and if Airlines change the flight schedule before the day of return, then an extra hotel accommodation charge will be added.
For any kind of natural issue like flight delay then sky Holidays is not responsible for that.
If missing luggage by airlines or Saudi hajj management authority, then sky holidays will co-operate with various directions but is not obliged to return the bag or pay the fine.
Due to the availability of flight tickets, the total duration of the package may be less or more than 1-5 days. In that case no amount will be refunded or added to the package price.

Usually, we provide all Ziyara service for Makkah or Madinah at 7 AM and the duration is 2- 3 hours (maximum).

Economy Package

Makkah: Hijra Al Masi (Approx. 500/600 Meter from Masjid Al Haram).

Madinah: Any Hotel in Markazia (Approx. 400 Meter from Masjid Al Nabawi).

Standard Package:

Makkah: Mysan Al Mashaer/Diyar Al Bait (200 Meter from Masjid Al Haram).

Madinah: Kayan Al Massi/Manazil Falah/Miraj Al Salam Hotel (Approx. 200 Meter from Masjid Al Nabawi).
