Required Supporting Documents for South Korea Visa Application

To ensure a successful application, please provide the following supporting documents:

  1. Valid passport (minimum 6 months validity, include old passports if available)
  2. Completed and signed visa application form
  3. Two recent passport-size photos (35mm x 45mm, white background)
  4. Travel itinerary (day-by-day schedule of your visit)
  5. Hotel booking/reservation for your entire stay in Korea
  6. Flight reservation or return air ticket
  7. Bank statements for the last 3–6 months and a bank solvency certificate
  8. Employment documents: NOC, salary certificate, and office ID (for employees)
  9. Business documents: updated trade license and company documents (for business owners)
  10. Student documents: student ID and leave letter from institution (for students)
  11. Tax documents: TIN certificate and recent income tax return (ITR)
  12. National ID copy and birth certificate (if applicable)
  13. Marriage certificate attested by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs (MOFA), Bangladesh (if applying with spouse or proving marital status)
  14. Cover letter explaining the purpose of travel and financial responsibility
  15. Invitation letter and sponsor documents (if being invited or sponsored by someone in Korea)
  16. Previous visa copies and travel history (Schengen, US, UK, etc. if available)
  17. Visa fee payment (non-refundable, amount depends on visa type)
  18. Appointment confirmation (if required by Korean Embassy or Visa Center)
  19. Translated and notarized documents (for any papers not in English)
