Required Supporting Documents for South Korea Visa Application
To ensure a successful application, please provide the following supporting documents:
- Valid passport (minimum 6 months validity, include old passports if available)
- Completed and signed visa application form
- Two recent passport-size photos (35mm x 45mm, white background)
- Travel itinerary (day-by-day schedule of your visit)
- Hotel booking/reservation for your entire stay in Korea
- Flight reservation or return air ticket
- Bank statements for the last 3–6 months and a bank solvency certificate
- Employment documents: NOC, salary certificate, and office ID (for employees)
- Business documents: updated trade license and company documents (for business owners)
- Student documents: student ID and leave letter from institution (for students)
- Tax documents: TIN certificate and recent income tax return (ITR)
- National ID copy and birth certificate (if applicable)
- Marriage certificate attested by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs (MOFA), Bangladesh (if applying with spouse or proving marital status)
- Cover letter explaining the purpose of travel and financial responsibility
- Invitation letter and sponsor documents (if being invited or sponsored by someone in Korea)
- Previous visa copies and travel history (Schengen, US, UK, etc. if available)
- Visa fee payment (non-refundable, amount depends on visa type)
- Appointment confirmation (if required by Korean Embassy or Visa Center)
- Translated and notarized documents (for any papers not in English)
