- Ensure that your passport is valid for at least 7 more months from the date of visa application.
- Submit the original bank statements and bank solvency certificate for the last 6 months. If you are self-employed, you can also provide the company bank statement and solvency certificate. The minimum balance required is 5,00,000/- Taka per person.
- If you are a business person, include a copy of your trade license. Make sure it’s translated into English and notarized.
- Business persons should include a visa request letter on their company’s letterhead or provide two blank letterheads.
- Include a copy of your TIN certificate as part of your application.
- If you are a government service holder, provide a copy of the Government Order (G.O.).
- Leave Letter (for Private Service employees): Private service employees should submit a leave letter from their employer.
- Include copies of your visiting card and office ID card.
- Student School ID Card Copy OR School Leave Letter from School/College/University on Original Letterhead Pad (for students):
- COVID-19 Certificate: Provide a certificate indicating your COVID-19 status, as required by the visa authorities.
- Include a copy of your National ID card.
- Two Recent Passport-size Pictures with White Background (2 copies): Provide two recent passport-sized photographs with a white background.
- Hotel Booking Confirmation: Include a confirmation of your hotel booking for the duration of your stay.
- Provide confirmation of your flight ticket booking to and from the destination.
