  3. Proof of Health Insurance: Documentation required.
  4. Return Air Ticket: The departure date should be at least 30 days from the date of application submission to the Embassy.
  5. Photographs: Two recent color photographs with a white background, taken within the last six (6) months. Photo size: 3×4 cm.
  6. Proof of COVID-19 Vaccination: Documentation required.
  7. Ticket Booking: Confirmed booking required.
  8. Hotel Booking: Confirmation required.
  9. No Objection Certificate (NOC) / Leave Letter: Required for employees in private sector.
  10. Photocopy of Office Card: Clear copies of both sides required.
  11. Visiting Card: Required.
  12. Office Letterhead: Two copies required, free for businessmen.
  13. TIN Certificate: Required.
  14. Trade License: English translated notarized original copy required.
