Required Supporting Documents for New Zealand Visa Application
To ensure a successful application, please provide the following supporting documents:
- Reason for visiting + Intended Date of Entry & Exit
- Full name, Occupation, Date of Birth, Marital Status, Address, Contact Numbers, Email Id
- Employment Details – Organization name, designation, joining date, office address, contact info
- Does candidate have any major health complications?
- Visa History list from passport – have client write names of countries + any visa refusal details
- Any previous military/government service record
- Relatives/Friends in New Zealand If has – Surname, first name, date of birth, residential address, relationship to the applicant and contact info
SUPPORTING DOCS- - Digital Photograph, between 900 x 1200 pixels and 2250 x 3000 pixels – 4:3 ratio
- Passport Copy – single Pdf
- NID/Birth Certificate Pdf
- Passport Expired copy (with visa pages). Separate file for each passport.
- Flight itinerary, planned tourism activities
- Financial Statements (Bank statements, salary certificate, pay slip, tax doc)
- Business – Trade License, VAT registration (if applicable)
- Letter from employer (with current role), NOC, Visiting Card
- Cover letter
- Invitation letter and passport copy and other New Zealand related documents
