Checklist for Thailand Tourist VISA
- Original Passport (Minimum Validity of 7 months).
- Personal Bank Statement & Bank Solvency Certificate (Original copies) for the last 6 months, or Company Bank Statement & Bank Solvency Certificate (Original copies) for the same duration. The minimum balance required is 70,000 Taka per person, and for families, it should be 1,30,000 Taka.
- Trade License Bangla Copy, along with its English translated Notarized original copy.
- Visa Request Letter or blank two-letter head pad (for Business Persons).
- Salary Bank Statement & Bank Solvency Certificate for the last six months or Pay Slips for the last three months (for Private Service applicants).
- G.O. Copy for Government Service Holders.
- Leave Letter for Private Service employees.
- Copies of Visiting Card & Office ID card.
- Student School ID Card Copy or School Leave Letter from School/College/University on the original letterhead pad (for Student applicants).
- Two recent passport-sized pictures with a white background (Size: 3.5×4.5 cm).
- For Medical Visa Need medical appointment or invitation latter. In invitation need attendant Passport details.
